We hebben een vrij onorthodoxe werkwijze waarbij we niet zomaar beveiligers inzetten op basis van beschikbaarheid en het bijkomende kostenplaatje. We gaan juist voor de beste oplossing voor de desbetreffende locatie en doelgroep. En daar zetten we gericht en zorgvuldig de juiste beveiligers voor in.
Vooraf doen we eerst een uitgebreide inschatting van de situatie op uw locatie of van het evenement. We beperken de eventuele veiligheidsrisico’s zoveel mogelijk vooraf door gericht onderzoek te doen naar de doelgroep, zelfs online, via social media en ‘op straat’.
We maken een profiel van de doelgroep en zoeken daar altijd zorgvuldig de juiste beveiligers bij die bekend zijn met de cultuur, gedragingen en bijvoorbeeld met de taal. Indien nodig benaderen we de doelgroep om van tevoren duidelijke afspraken te maken over wat er wel of niet van ze verwacht wordt.
Alle vooraf vergaarde informatie wordt zorgvuldig overgedragen aan onze beveiligers zodat ze altijd weten wat ze kunnen verwachten op locatie. Er wordt altijd één beveiliger als contactpersoon aangesteld die op locatie de situatie op dat moment nog een keer onder de loep neemt en eventuele onduidelijkheden wegneemt bij u als klant.
